Product availability

All items are made based on availability of inventory supplies. All efforts are made to have the product on hand, however, we reserve the right to backorder and/or cancel any item deemed necessary. If a product is discontinued, you will be notified by e-mail. We are not responsible for a wrong address so please carefully check the name, address and zip code of the recipient. If a package comes back to us and we have to reship it to you, we will charge the appropriate shipping charges to have it reshipped. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may be assessed a $10 surcharge after delivery if such charges are billed to us through UPS. Shipping and insured charges are nonrefundable.
