Shipping information

Delivery times are approximate but not guaranteed. You also will receive a delivery confirmation number when you order; please note that the USPS does not track mail through the mailstream, and because of this, you may not be able to "see" where your order is when you check the status. Most orders show up within about 1-5 days, some can take up to 14 days. UPS does offer point to point tracking, so if you choose UPS you will be able to track your order.

We ship Monday through Friday. We try to ship most orders the same day, but please allow 24-72 hours for processing of your order. If there is an item out of stock, we will notify you. If you need your order sent the same day, please place your order and then email us separately using the contact button and we will attempt to get your order out right away, if ordered before 1pm EST.
